Job summary

National Water Services in Logan, UT is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventative and emergency maintenance on our water dispensing cabinets. The role requires independent work, strong English communication, and the ability to provide own tools and transportation.

Compensation is $45-$55 per hour as a 1099 contractor. You will establish relationships with store staff and customers, perform tasks like filter changes, UV lamp installs, and system upgrades, troubleshoot with meters, and

Qualifications

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ability to work independently with strong time management.
Proficient with using email and smartphone for reporting purposes.
Willingness to provide own transportation and tools for on-site visits.
Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Establishing positive relationships with customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery.
Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to ensure a satisfying experience for clients.
Conduct proactive maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, and equipment upgrades.
Troubleshooting to read pressure gauges and flow meters and detect leaks using multi-meters and water sampling tests.
Address repair needs including leaks, tight fittings, valves, wiring and components.
Occasional emergency service calls; on-site within 24–48 hours for urgent situations.
Complete required paperwork for payment processing.
