Job summary

National Water Services, LLC. is seeking a Service Technician in Hendersonville, NC to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on water dispensing cabinets.

You will establish relationships with customers and store managers, provide exceptional service, and conduct proactive maintenance and troubleshooting on-site. The role requires plumbing, electrical, and mechanical knowledge, with strong time management and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Own transportation and tools for on-site visits.
• Clear English communication skills.
• Willingness to be on-call with potential after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers and store management through effective communication and service delivery.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to ensure a satisfying experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance: filter replacements, UV lamp installations, battery changes, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and report readings from pressure gauges and flow meters; use multi-meters and perform water sampling.
• Address repairs: leaks, fittings, valves, tubing, wires, and components.
• Be available for occasional emergency calls; on-site within 24–48 hours when urgent.
• Complete paperwork for payment processing in a timely manner.
