Imperial began as a small coffee company and has grown into a full-service vending and catering provider. We seek technicians for daily service calls, setup, and maintenance of vending equipment across client sites in Texas and beyond.

You will join a team focused on World Class Service and strong client relations. Responsibilities include on-call rotation, driving a company vehicle, handling 100+ pounds loads, and performing preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background with formal training preferred.
• Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Ability to travel to client locations for service and installs.
• On-call rotation including weekends, nights, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls for vending equipment.
• Set up various vending machines and micro markets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide world class service and maintain client relations.
• Work on-call rotation and drive company vehicle in all weather.
• Lift and move 100+ pounds to load/unload equipment.
• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts and lift gates.
• Be punctual and maintain a professional appearance.
