The role requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling stress calmly.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift luggage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area and ensure vehicle security.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk and hotel staff.
• Provide exceptional service and address guest inquiries promptly.
