Job summary

Inframark is seeking a field technician to participate in the maintenance of water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems. You will be responsible for manual labor, operation of basic tools, and supporting a team of operators.

The role requires strong safety awareness, the ability to work outdoors in various weather, and clear communication with supervisors and the public. A high school diploma or GED is required, with on-call duties and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Applicants must understand occupational hazards and safety practices.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain.
• Good communication and ability to respond calmly to questions or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Clean sewer stoppages and flush sewer lines.
• Responsible for cleaning, preventive maintenance, and servicing of vehicle.
• Maintains effective communications with the Lead Operator.
• Perform work under the direction of the Operator.
• Perform traffic control as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime as required to complete assigned tasks
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule as required to perform the duties of the position.
