Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to maintain and secure our Windows Server environment in Spokane. You will ensure reliability of servers, networks, and enterprise apps, while supporting daily operations and on-call coverage.

The role requires 3+ years in systems administration, Hyper-V expertise, PowerShell scripting, and strong networking knowledge. Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and security best practices are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Duo authentication.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and enterprise applications.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize outages.
• Manage user accounts and access control (Active Directory, LDAP).
• Manage Group Policy and security configurations.
• Perform backups, DR testing, and patch management.
• Implement security best practices and endpoint protection.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and related services.
• Document configurations and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on upgrades and projects.
