Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program or military training equivalency
• BLS certification or Instructor preferred - from AHA

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up operating room with instruments and supplies
• Assist surgeon and surgical team during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and instrument counts with circulating nurse
• Ensure accurate updates to surgeon preference cards
• Support department safety and quality initiatives
