Job summary

St. Croix Catholic School in Stillwater, MN is seeking on-call Substitute Teachers for PreK - 8th grade. Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:15 a.m.-4:15 p.m. on days that school is in session on an on-call basis when needed.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive, engaging, Christ-like classroom atmosphere in which each child's personal dignity is respected.
• Engages the student(s) in learning through the carrying out lesson plans that respond to a variety of learning styles.
• Maintains a neat and orderly classroom.
• Contributes to the faith community by personally modeling and participating in the life of the School, including but not limited to, attending all-school Mass and any other all school faith-based gathering.
• Reads daily school communications, FYI's, calendars, etc. in a timely manner.
• Watches the school safety training video(s).
