• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students within the assigned classroom and appropriately respond to all emergency situations.
• Protect equipment, materials and facilities as appropriate.
• Communicate in a positive way with all students, staff, and others.
• Manage student behavior which supports a positive learning environment.

Education

Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL), Educator License with Stipulations (ELS), or Substitute Teacher License
