Sugar Creek Charter School — Main Campus in Charlotte, North Carolina, invites applications for a Call-In Substitute Teacher. The role is on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours, paying $130 per day, with immediate starting availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in education is preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Report to assigned school location on time and check in with the main office.
• Review and implement lesson plans left by the classroom teacher.
• Provide instruction and maintain classroom routines to ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies fairly and consistently.
• Supervise students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and other settings as assigned.
• Communicate any issues, concerns, or feedback to school administration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.
