Job summary

Zen Educate Inc. seeks adaptable substitute teachers for the upcoming school year in Buckeye, AZ. These full-year assignments place you in a single school building to gain classroom experience and support inclusive and special education learners.

You will follow established lesson plans, maintain a conducive learning environment, and help students with a variety of instructional methods. Arizona licensure, IVP Level 1 clearance, English proficiency, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Substitute Teaching License in Arizona

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)
• Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience supporting SPED students

Salary

• Pay: $160 - $175 per day
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm
