Prep Public Schools seeks on-demand substitute teachers to provide coverage when a teacher is absent. This part-time, hourly role supports student learning with grade-level teams and maintains classroom routines.

Substitutes implement teacher lesson plans, use Microsoft and Google tools, and help sustain a positive school culture. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success in a fast-paced urban K-12 environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with some college required.
• Experience in an urban K-12 classroom setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of state standards and ability to follow lesson plans.
