About the role:

The Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a talented On-Call Steward who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into their work. The Steward reports to the Assistant Executive Steward. We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality. Applicants should be team players willing to accept assignments as needed to promote teamwork.

What you will do:

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and silverware using a dish machine.
• Maintain sanitation of all kitchen equipment, culinary, and food & beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely.

What you bring:

• The ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Current Illinois Food Handlers Certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
