Work Location: The Palmer House Hilton, 17 East Monroe Street, Chicago, 60603

What will I be doing?

A Banquet Steward will collect all service ware and allocate it according to the event order to supply the function. After the event, they will ensure proper cleanup by removing used ware.

• Anticipate equipment needs based on the event order and count out supplies accordingly.
• Transport soiled ware to the wash area and return empty Queen Mary trucks to the bus area.
• Prepare coffee in quantities needed just before service.
• Set up equipment stations in designated areas to facilitate service staff operations.
• Establish bus stations in the service corridor for efficient operation.
