Williams College ’62 Center for Theatre and Dance is seeking temporary theatre technicians to assist with lighting, scenery, sound, and related equipment for stage productions at our Williamstown, MA campus.

Positions are irregular, working with visiting artists and a crew in a collaborative environment; some tasks may be done independently. On-site work with varying schedule and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Periodic work preparing spaces for performances.
• Generally works in a group setting, but can follow through with assigned tasks individually.
• Work dates are irregular and determined by the needs for work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spaces for performances and assist visiting artists in presenting work on our stages.
• Collaborate with the team to set up lighting, scenery, and sound equipment as needed.
• Complete tasks and follow through with assignments on schedule when called.
