Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain licensure as required by NYS Gaming Commission.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible on-call schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a guest-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and execution including tournaments and promotions.
• Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino, events, and local area.
• Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory and preparing event materials.
• Organize, assemble, and distribute event materials including gifts, credentials, and decor.
