Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Therapist (On-Call) to deliver professional spa and wellness treatments that promote relaxation and guest satisfaction. You will provide massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and salon services while maintaining exceptional hygiene and guest care.

The role requires a certification or diploma in massage therapy or related field, plus strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field required, as applicable by local regulations.
• Previous experience in a spa, resort, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Proficiency in providing massage treatments, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other spa or salon services.
• Strong knowledge of spa products, treatment protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and provide a personalized spa experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding treatments throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability to work on an on-call basis, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
