Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Health Club Tech Therapist (On Call) to greet guests, conduct pre-treatment consultations, and prepare clients for spa services. You will perform various massages, monitor comfort, and uphold safety and cleanliness within the spa environment.

This role requires maintaining client confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to health standards. Florida license is required; most benefits are available, and compensation is commission-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A Florida Massage Therapist License is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, conduct pre-treatment consultations, and prepare guests for personalized spa services.
• Perform a variety of massage treatments in accordance with guest preferences, service standards, and established treatment protocols.
• Monitor guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each service, adjusting techniques as appropriate to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet presentation and operational standards.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements to maintain a safe, hygienic, and professional spa environment.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
• All other duties as assigned
