Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced esthetician to perform facial and waxing services for guests and spa members on-site at the hotel. You will review client intake, determine suitable treatments, and document care in the spa computer system while delivering a premium customer experience.

We value confidentiality, professional boundaries, and a friendly, therapeutic approach. Must have a valid esthetics license and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state cosmetology or esthetician license.
• Minimum two years’ experience in esthetics.
• Excellent customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and perform esthetic services (facials, waxing).
• Review intake forms and tailor treatments to client needs.
• Document client information and treatment notes accurately in the Spa system.
• Promote health benefits of treatments and provide product recommendations.
