Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Select the appropriate spa treatments after reviewing client intake forms.
• Perform facial and waxing services within training scope and draping protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes in the Spa Computer System.
• Create an exceptional guest experience through therapeutic touch and warmth.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of spa treatments and tailor recommendations.
• Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress and hygiene standards.
• Be punctual, attend as required, and perform other duties as assigned.
