Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced esthetician to perform facial and waxing services for guests and members of the Spa. You will document client medical history, services performed, and product recommendations in the Spa Computer System.

The role requires a licensed esthetician, a customer‑service orientation, and the ability to uphold strict confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Current state cosmetology or Esthetician's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in esthetics.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest esthetic industry techniques, equipment, services, and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and members in a professional, friendly manner.
• Select the appropriate spa treatments based on the client's needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
• Perform spa treatments within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
• Create an excellent experience for guests and members through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of spa treatments specific to each client and recommend frequency of services.
