Southview Design in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Snow Salt Truck Operator for the winter season. The on-call role involves applying de-icing materials to properties safely and efficiently, while delivering high quality service to our clients.

You must have equipment operation experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication and time-management skills. The job requires physical work outdoors in all weather, with a 24/7 on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Minimum qualifications include prior equipment operation experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Communicate with Business Manager, Operation Managers, Zone Coordinators, and others to ensure quality standards and efficient performance.
• Perform inventory control, time entry, and DOT pre-trip tasks promptly and accurately.
• Apply salt across client properties and operate salt truck and salter as directed.
• Follow instructions from Zone Coordinator and Area Supervisor to meet deadlines and maintain schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to company safety and personnel policies.
