Warner's Outdoor Solutions is hiring Salt Truck Drivers for the 2026 winter season at $30 per hour. The role involves operating a salt truck with a straight or V-plow to treat commercial and residential properties around the Twin Cities Metro.

Employees must be available for on-call shifts of 6-12 hours and have reliable transportation to the St. Paul shop. DOT physical is company-paid, with next-day pay and potential continuation into spring, summer, and fall.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• MN DOT card; the company will pay for the DOT physical.
• Experience plowing driveways or parking lots.
• Ability to shovel and salt sidewalks when necessary.
• Availability for on-call shifts of 6-12 hours.
• Reliable transportation to the shop in St. Paul, MN.
• Smartphone capable of running the CRM and vendor apps.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a salt truck equipped with a straight or V-plow across Twin Cities properties.
• Apply salt to parking lots and sidewalks after plowing/shoveling.
• Respond to winter weather by salting as needed.
• Plow driveways/parking lots before salting; shovel and salt sidewalks as required.
• Work on-call shifts 6-12 hours during winter weather events.
• Use a smartphone to access CRM and vendor apps.
