Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Laborer to join our Avon, Ohio winter crew. This part-time, on-call role means you are called in as snow levels demand, including potential overnight shifts when storms hit.

You will perform snow removal using ATVs, plows, snow blowers and salt spreaders, collaborate with the sidewalk crew and follow safety guidelines. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, a smartphone, and be able to work on short notice. Clean legal work status in the USA.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work on an on-call basis with short notice.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Able to work in USA on legal terms.
• Must be able to operate snow removal equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal using ATVs, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders.
• Work with sidewalk crew leaders to complete assignments.
• Be prepared for overnight shifts during storms.
