Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Tech to join our on-call snow removal team. This part-time, as-needed role offers a pay range of $20-$25 per hour, determined by experience and certifications, and requires flexibility for overnight storms.

Shifts are 6–12 hours and may extend during larger storms. You will operate ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels, and salt spreaders, and you must pass training and a background check to work in the USA; a smartphone for our attendance app is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App).
• Have dependable transportation.
• You must attend and pass training and a background check.
• Able to lawfully work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and salt spreaders.
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
