Job summary

BrightView Avon, OH is seeking a Snow Laborer for a part-time, on-call position. You will perform snow removal using ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders, working with the sidewalk crew to complete tasks safely. Shifts run 6–12 hours and may be longer for larger storms, often overnight once the season starts. You must be at least 18 and legally able to work in the USA, have a smartphone and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work on an on-call basis with 1-3 hours notice.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Must have a smartphone to use attendance tracker app.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal using ATV plows, snow blowers, shovels and salt spreaders.
• Collaborate with sidewalk-crew leaders to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
• Work 6- to 12-hour shifts, with potential longer hours during storms, often overnight.
• Season begins with first snowfall.
