MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, MS is seeking an On-Call Showroom Bartender to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will prepare cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, follow standard recipes, and contribute to a polished, welcoming bar experience from pre-show to curtain call.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to work assigned on-call shift as needed.
• Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ability to mentor and train Bar Porters on bar operations and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and providing food service as needed.
• Mentor and train Bar Porters on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper drink/food handling and sanitation procedures.
