Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years Shore Tankerman experience.
• Must pass background check and physical including respirator fit test.
• Must hold U.S. Merchant Mariner's endorsement as a PIC/DL and TWIC.
• Houston area residence required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transfers of liquid cargos.
• Follow safety, environmental, and barge processes to conduct incident-free transfers.
• Inspect barges prior to transfers and perform maintenance on barges and pumps as needed.
• Inspect all safety and transfer equipment and liaison with customer dock personnel.
• Serve as first-line emergency responder.
