Qualifications

• Air Brake Certification required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to obtain required ASE, DOT, and other certifications.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, nights, and on-call schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, tire services, and emergency road calls.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Perform service calls, including night and on-call assignments as required.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using diagnostic platforms (J-Pro, FleetCross, OE software).
• Complete work orders accurately, documenting labor, parts, and warranty information.
• Perform engine, emissions, drivetrain, wheel-end, air system, and HVAC repairs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization; ensure tools and vehicles are safe.
