Job summary

IMT Residential is seeking a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician) for IMT Sonoma Hills, a 340-unit luxury community in Winter Garden. The role centers on maintaining unit readiness, performing repairs and upkeep, and delivering excellent customer service to residents.

You will diagnose plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance issues, utilize the assigned tool set, and ensure timely unit turnover.

Qualifications

• Residential property management or hotel maintenance experience.
• Hands-on maintenance skills: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Superior customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues across apartments, exterior, and common areas.
• Use the IMT tool set and follow standards to prepare units for new residents.
• Perform daily property grounds maintenance to sustain curb appeal and resident impressions.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Service or Community Manager.
