Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Senior Parking Representative for the East Campus Medical Center area. The role involves driving and parking guest vehicles, issuing receipts, and maintaining security of keys in a fast-paced environment.

The position is limited appointment at 20% time with a possibility of career conversion. Prior valet/hospitality experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-call shifts and flexible locations per business needs.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of relevant valet and/or hospitality experience.
• Must hold valid driver’s license and driving record in line with local policies.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Flexible to work on-call and varying locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive and park vehicles for guests while maintaining high service standards.
• Issue receipts and inspect/document any vehicle damage prior to clearance.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and securely, tagging and managing keys.
• Document vehicle information on valet tickets and assist during special events.
