Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Modesto, CA is seeking an on-call Caregiver to provide high-quality resident care. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily activities, while promoting dignity and safety in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include supporting wellness programs, ensuring clean living spaces, and maintaining compliance with MBK policies. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; training is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care and support residents' social and emotional well-being.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity while following ISP and MBK policies.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Manage oxygen tanks/concentrators as prescribed and trained.
