Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background clearances and negative TB test within 7 days.
• English reading/writing and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of resident apartments and common areas.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Assist with laundry for residents as scheduled.
• Respond to resident needs and report repairs.
