Job summary

Good Shepherd Services is seeking a Resident Assistant (On Call) to support older or disabled residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and safety monitoring. The role includes helping with ADLs, dining, housekeeping, and transportation, with wage differentials for day and PM/NOC shifts.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with a $1.00 day differential and a $4.00 PM/NOC differential, bringing the range to $18.50–$22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting older or disabled residents with daily living activities.
• Ability to monitor health changes and report to supervisor.
• Comfort with medication administration support.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, hygiene and mobility.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living and dining tasks.
• Escort residents, manage transportation and record time for services.
• Conduct room checks and monitor safety.
• Support activity programs and respond to emergencies.
