Moove In Self Storage is seeking a Relief Property Manager to handle daily operations of an assigned self-storage facility. You’ll follow the Property Manager’s direction when absent, maintain professional conduct, assist tenants, and learn with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with customers and present storage options.
• Communicate via email, phone and in person per Operations Manual.
• Visually inspect facility and address maintenance issues.
• Make daily deposits and deliveries to the Post Office.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and petty cash.
• Perform timely rent and fee collections.
• Sell retail merchandise (locks, packing materials, boxes).
• Make past-due collection calls.
• Travel to other facilities or events as needed.
• Familiarize with emergency procedures and participate in trainings.
