Job summary

Associa is seeking a Security Officer to help safeguard a property. You will patrol, monitor access, greet visitors, and respond to alarms, emergencies, and safety concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
• Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
• Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safety violations.
• Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement.
• Other duties as assigned.
