The role requires vigilance, licensing, and a professional demeanor. You will monitor premises, respond to alarms, and help maintain safe, orderly facilities for employees and guests at our Florida location.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Valid Class D Security License required.
• Experience as a security officer preferred.
• Strong observation and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of public safety guidelines.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• In-person security operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
