Job summary

Prosegur is seeking an On Call Unarmed Security Officer to patrol and secure client sites in Mountlake Terrace, WA and surrounding areas. You will patrol premises, monitor for hazards, and report findings while providing professional client service across multiple posts and shifts.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. WA Guard Card preferred; MVR/background checks and drug screening are part of the process.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WA Guard Card preferred.
• Must pass MVR & background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
• Train in multiple locations and cover when needed.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes
• Have availability to work more than two shifts to cover where the operator needs you to be scheduled depending on coverage needs.
