Securitas, Inc. is hiring an On Call Security Officer - Full Time to protect client sites across the Greater Richmond Region. You will be trained and deployed to multiple sites, with DCJS certification required and the ability to work all shifts.

The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and the ability to grow into leadership positions. Weekly pay, health benefits, and an employee referral program are offered to support and reward your commitment.

Qualifications

• Security positions require you to pass our drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard

Responsabilités

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Physical requirements may include lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Wage: $19.00-22.00/ hour

Officers will train and work at many different sites across the Greater Richmond Region. Must be able to work all shifts and MUST HAVE DCJS (Armed or Unarmed). Pay based on experience. Great for those looking to grow into leadership roles! 1 year of security experience is required.

Job Requirements of the Security Officer/Security Guard include but are not limited to:
