Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring for Armed and Unarmed Security Officer and Supervisor roles at various Virginia locations. Interviews are conducted at 2809 Emerywood Pkwy, Richmond VA.

Weekly pay and growth opportunities are offered, plus health, dental and vision benefits. Open positions include Richmond, Petersburg (Armed only), Sandston and Colonial Heights. Unarmed pay is $20.00/hr, Unarmed Supervisor $19.00–$23.00/hr, Armed $21.00–$23.00/hr, Armed Supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older and pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
• 1 year of security experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities at an assigned client site to protect property and people.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking; may involve stairs and uneven terrain.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds as part of duties.

Armed and Unarmed Security Officer and Supervisor positions available

• The pay range for these positions:
• Unarmed: $20.00/ hour
• Unarmed Supervisor: $19.00-$23.00/ hour (Must have a Valid Driver's License and Security Supervisor Experience)
• Armed: $21.00-$23.00/ hour (Must be armed certified)
• Armed Supervisor: $23.00-$25.00/ hour (Must be armed certified and have a valid driver's license)

Job Requirements of the Security Officer

Security Officers/Security Guards observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.

Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.

Additional physical requirements of the security officer/guard may include, frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
