Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to follow detailed room set-up instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and clear banquet tables, chairs, buffets and props as directed.
• Stock linen, china, silver, glassware and supplies in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet spaces per plans.
• Retrieve meeting materials and props safely and store them.
• Follow Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.
