Job summary

Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools in Stow, OH is seeking a substitute custodian. This on-call, year-round position requires cleaning, basic maintenance, and adherence to safety procedures. Starting date is immediate and duties include floor care, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.

Applicants must have a high school diploma, pass BCI/FBI checks (dated within 12 months), and be on file with the Ohio Department of Education. The role is part-time with hourly pay and benefits via Renhill Group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BCI and FBI background checks, dated within the past 12 months.
• On file with the Ohio Department of Education.
• Background checks may be arranged by Renhill at low cost if you do not have them.

Responsibilities

• Physically able to bend, balance, stoop, stretch, climb, crouch, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Dry mop and wash floors.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, lockers, partitions, light fixtures, display cases.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Move and arrange furnishings, supplies, and equipment as directed.
• Sanitize and re-supply restrooms.
• Vacuum and power-clean carpet and upholstered furnishings.
• Ability to read MSDS information.
