Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs security and fire safety responsibilities for the building.
• Performs general cleaning and maintenance of the station.
• Performs cleaning services as needed.
• Assists in snow removal.
• Requisitions and inventories cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Supervises and maintains school grounds.
• Cleans and maintains tools and equipment.
• Daily cleaning tasks include sweeping, emptying waste baskets, dusting, and sanitizing fixtures.
• Washes, waxes and seals floors per procedures and schedules.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
