Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is desirable.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food safety basics.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand up to 6 hours.
• Knowledge of portions sizes.
• Ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items.
• Prepare food carts.
• Set food in steam tables.
• Serve food.
• Clean & sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
• Take and document temperatures.
• Unload and put away stock.
• Wash dishes as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
