Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator on-call to support patients at home, triage calls, and manage caregiver schedules across shifts.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license, good communication skills, and willingness to travel within the service area; drug screen and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed.
• Be on-call after business hours for scheduling modifications.
• Willing to perform field caregiving as needed.
• 7 days on / 7 days off — flexible scheduling expectations.
• Shift hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

What you’ll be doing as a Scheduling Coordinator:

• Answer and triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
• Manage client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed
  • Ability to be on-call for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications
  • Willing to work in field caregiving as needed
  • 7 days on/ 7 days off- willing to be flexible
  • 5:00P-8:00A

* Ability to travel within the service area (1 hour and a half)

* Ability to pass a drug screen(Including THC)/clear background
