Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Fort Pierre, SD is seeking an RN or LPN for an on-call role to support resident care across Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will perform assessments, update care plans, and coordinate with nursing leadership to ensure safe, compassionate, individualized care.

The position requires an active RN/LPN license, 2+ years in healthcare, strong communication, and on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Must submit to a TB test in accordance with state regulations.
• Ability to participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Responsabilités

• Conduct resident assessments and ongoing evaluations to support individualized, person-centered care.
• Assist with developing, updating, and implementing resident service plans.
• Ensure residents receive safe, ethical, and high-quality care that reflects their preferences, needs, and goals.
• Obtain, administer, and document medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and community policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and recognize changes that may impact health, safety, or wellbeing.
• Integrate physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being into care planning and delivery.
• Support Memory Care best practices that promote dignity, engagement, safety, and meaningful living.
