Qualificações

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitors resident health and reports changes.
• Oversees nursing personnel during the shift.
• Documents care using medication administration systems.
• Manages supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of changes.
• Coordinates resident-related care with the team.
