Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an On Call Rigging Services Technician responsible for executing all rigging elements per company standards and PLASA requirements, while delivering unmatched client service at each event.

The role requires a minimum of three years of production/theatrical rigging experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior exposure to audio-visual and hospitality environments. Strong planning, communication, and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years’ production/theatrical rigging experience.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event and rigging elements are executed according to Company standards.
• Assist with the rigging of overhead stage equipment including lighting, sound, automation, scenery and props, as needed.
• Comply with all Company security and safety protocols.
• Company will all Company policies and procedures.
• Inspect all rigging and audio-visual equipment; notify Supervisor immediately if damage or unsafe situation exists.
• Ensure any lost, stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to Supervisor.
• Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event experience.
• Provide continued communication with Management to ensure success of all events.
• Follow through on all client requests.
• Ensure all Company occupied areas as clean, organized and up to Company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
