Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Manager for Rigging Services to lead daily rigging operations at a premier venue. You will coordinate labor, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong project management, and the ability to interpret complex drawings. On-site work with travel up to 10% is required, in a performance-focused hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree; 5+ years overhead rigging experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and three-dimensional drawings.
• Understanding of rigging safety procedures and local union rules.
• ETCP Rigger Arena/Theater certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rigging operations at a venue with planning and resource allocation.
• Coordinate labor based on production schedules and estimate work hours.
• Interpret blueprints and job orders; assign tasks to technicians and supervise safety and quality.
• Coach rigging staff and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage records of labor hours, materials, and equipment inventory.
• Prepare load calculations and ensure safety compliance for rigging activities.
• Collaborate with clients to determine labor needs for load-ins and load-outs.
• Lead by example and perform additional duties as required.
