Qualifications

• Prior security law enforcement experience preferred.
• Experience in a shelter setting with families preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certified or eligible.
• F‑02 and F‑80 certification within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
• Conduct monthly apartment inspections.
• Monitor fire safety alarm panel and respond to emergencies.
• Provide conflict resolution and distribute information to residents.
